Birdwatching At Wildflower Preserve

Volunteers conduct monthly bird surveys at Wildflower Preserve and have recorded over 132 species so far.

As an Eagle Scout project, a bird observation area has been created and it’s a great spot for bird watching. It’s located in the “Birder’s Woodland”.

In some years, Purple Martins are winter and spring residents at our Purple Martin house, donated by the North America Purple Martin Society. The martin house is adjacent to the Butterfly Habitat.
