Ainger Boat Ramp Paddle

Join us for a FREE guided paddle that is open to the public!  LBC Volunteers Lexi Kust and Maier Goldberg will be guiding a paddle the Ainger Creek Boat Ramp.  Try to arrive a little before 9 and launch when everyone is in the water together.  There is a bit of a walk to the water from the parking lot, bring a cart to transport your kayak if possible.  Don’t forget your water, safety equipment, and some excitement.  Advance reservations are required!  Please call the LBC office at 941-830-8922 if you intend on participating.

Lexi’s experience:  Lexi grew up boating on fresh water in the Midwest.  She has been kayaking in Southwest Florida for 8 years.  She prefers the quieter waterways of the intracoastal, creeks and rivers.

Maier’s experience: Maier spent 5 years in Sebastian, Florida, kayaking on Vero Beach, Sebastian Inlet, Wabasso and Vero; 1 year in Hobe Sound, kayaking the southern part of Indian River, and Loxahatchee River; and 9 years in Naples as a volunteer for Conservancy of Southwest Florida.  He led weekly guides on the Gordon River and has kayaked Wiggins Pass and North Marco Island.
