Englewood Mullet Fest on Saturday, November 14
Hancock Grills, a local grill company, is hosting the first Englewood Mullet Fest on Saturday, November 14, from 10 am to 7 pm at the Charlotte County Fairgrounds. The event will have a mullet smoke-off competition, cast net throwing competition, live music, local arts & crafts and much more.
The idea is to bring the community “safely” together and support the local fishery and artists. The event will also raise funds for Lemon Bay Conservancy. The entry fee is $5.00. Kids 12 and under free. For more details, visit EnglewoodMulletFest.com.
