With funding support from the Florida Forest Service and Sandhill Native Growers of Acadia, Lemon Bay Conservancy is hosting a free tree giveaway on Friday, April 24, beginning at 8:00 am for homeowners in Englewood and surrounding areas.
A total of 100 trees and shrubs in 3-gallon containers will be available, with a limit of one per household. First Come, First Served!

Red Maple – Acer rubrum
America Beautyberry – Callicarpa americana
Sea Grape- Coccoloba uvifera
Firebush – Hamelia patens
Dahoon Holly – Ilex cassine
Southern Red Cedar- Juniperus virginiana
Sweetbay Magnolia- Magnolia virginiana
Longleaf Pine- Pinus palustris
Live Oak- Quesrcus virginiana
American Elm- Ulmus americana
