Lemon Bay Conservancy member Susan d’Hont will lead a guided tour through the Lemon Creek Wildflower Preserve. The Wildflower Preserve is a former golf course that has been reclaimed and returned to its natural state by the Herculean effort of the members and volunteers at Lemon Bay Conservancy. Many bird species are present including wading birds, raptors and warblers. Early migrants may also be present. Members of the Venice Area Audubon Society will meet together at Wildflower Preserve.
