In late September 2018, we learned of a new and unexpected challenge at Wildflower Preserve in the form of soil contamination issues. We ask your help in addressing this challenge and continuing our important habitat restoration work at the preserve!
How much do we need? The best case scenarios are less than $50,000. The worst case scenarios are much more.
Two anonymous donors have stepped forward to commit $4,000 in matching funds to this campaign. Theirs is a limited time offer. The 1:1 match expires on Giving Tuesday, November 27, 2018. So, please double the impact of your special donation for Wildflower by contributing before the November 27th deadline!
Your “Let’s Make It Right!” donation supports assessment and mitigation of Wildflower Preserve soil and ground water to address soil contamination issues and to allow continuation of our habitat restoration project. Any funds not needed for mitigation will be applied to other planned Wildflower projects.
