Charlotte County staff are hosting a town hall meeting on January 31st . Your input and voice as an individual stakeholder, along with others, has immense power to influence decisions, policies, and initiatives that can spark real change towards cleaner water throughout and beyond the coastlines of Charlotte County and Lemon Bay.
County staff will be sharing water related updates and plans on water quality, stormwater management, wastewater management, advanced wastewater projects, reclaimed water, water quality monitoring, water policy, and more. This town hall event will be a fantastic one-stop introduction to all things water managed by Charlotte County. By attending this public town hall as a Lemon Bay Conservancy member, you will be an advocate for the health and future of Lemon Bay!
The One Water Town Hall takes place at the Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center, 75 Taylor Street, in Punta Gorda on Wednesday January 31st from 9AM to 3PM with a break for lunch. No cost to attend, free and convenient parking.
Even if you can’t join us on January 31st, an online survey is available to share your water quality feedback with Charlotte County by Friday (1/19). The web address for the survey is: www.surveymonkey.com/r/OneCharlotteOneWater
